Stackable Staples

No matter your style, there is a stackable, layered look that’s right for you!  Here are some tips to help you find the look that is right for you.

Layering Necklaces:

Graduated: Start with a shorter chain with a small stone or delicate design.  Follow that with something slightly longer and simple, and finish it off with a long necklace (at least 20″) with a weighted piece.

Sophisticated: Go the minimalist route and layer your necklaces without pendants.  Use plain chains or a gold bar necklace for added elegance.  A classy spin on the trend, this look is perfect for business or everyday wear.

Pre-Layered. To make things easier on you, there are necklaces that are already layered!

Arm Party!

Bangles: Use as few or as many as your heart desires!  Try stacking identical bangles for an exceptional, understated look.

Go Wild: Get noticed with that arm candy!  Line up the chunky pieces from wrist to elbow!  Try a few bright colored gemstone bracelets or black leather strappy pieces.

Femme-Fabulous: Pair a wristwatch with tasteful hinged bracelets, cuffs, and bangles to showcase your upscale taste and undeniable style.

Finger Fun!

Controlled Beauty: Stack several identical, dainty rings for a sophisticated, yet trendy look.  Add a similar ring with a pearl or diamond for that added glam you love!  A good rule of thumb (haha): leave a bare finger next to the stacked one for balance.
Bohemian: Match earthy tones, more natural designs and embellishments.  Use midi and chunky rings with abandon!  When you think you’re done, add two more!
Mix and Match:  Play with different textures and metals. Pair old and new pieces. And, if you have a chunky piece or two, go for it!

I hope that these tips will help spur your creative side.  Remember that no matter what, the important thing is that you love YOUR look!  Just because you see it in a magazine or it looks great on someone else, doesn’t mean it’s a good fit for you.  Play around, mix and match, move things around until you adore the look!  When you feel good, you smile more, you’re more productive and who doesn’t love feeling good?

Tell us if any of these worked for you, or if you have some ideas to add!  We can never have too many options!
