Valentine’s Day is right around the corner, which only means one thing for college kids: it’s time to start planning for spring break!
Students who have spent the winter buried under term papers and bulky sweatshirts can now peel off the layers and soak up the sun. After short days and long nights, the warmth of sunshine and tropical breezes can be difficult to resist.
One of the keys to a successful spring break is packing light and efficiently. Lugging around heavy suitcases is definitely not the best way to start off your vacation – or make room for souvenirs.
A possible way to stretch your warm-weather wardrobe is by packing accessories. And since spring break is all about the night life, make sure to throw plenty of statement necklaces, hoop earring and bangle bracelets in your bag.
Then you can throw on a breezy skirt, sandals and a tank top and still look ready to hit the clubs!
Just be careful that you don’t bring any jewelry pieces with a lot of sentimental value on the trip, because it’s a little too easy for things to get lost.
