Award season is officially over with the end of the Academy Awards. It’s always the most glamorous night of the season & we loved every bit of it. There were lots of different looks to choose from for best dressed but I have to say my favorite theme of the night were all the fabulous metallic dresses. From silver/gunmetal to rose gold to yellow gold, they all look incredible and definitely stood out the most to me.

Halle Berry, Stacy Keibler & Naomi Watts were the winners in the silver and gunmetal tones. Each dress was sleek and sexy yet sophisticated. I absolutely adored all three! They all paired these gowns with silver jewelry or black accented jewelry. Stacy Keibler wore a beautiful black diamond bracelet that went perfectly with her gown. Even First Lady Michele Obama glitzed in metallic silver by Naeem Khan. She paired her look with chandelier earrings.

Jessica Chastain is always so elegant. Her Armani gown looked exquisite on her. It had a sheer rose gold tone that looked wonderful paired with her red hair. I personally think she should have opted for some rose gold jewelry to pair with this stunning gown. She did have on a pair of beautiful diamond earrings.

Catherine Zeta-Jones looked beautiful as always in a  beaded golden yellow Zuhair Murad gown. She paired this detailed gown with extravagant gemstone yellow gold earrings. Salma Hayek also accented her black down with yellow gold detail and Renee Zellweger wore a sequin golden gown as well.
