Music’s biggest night is always filled with incredible performances and fabulous fashion. This year’s red carpet looks may have seemed slightly tamed since the Grammy Awards sent out a warning to the females to keep things PG-13. Some of our favorite looks of the night were Rihanna, Kelly Rowland, Carrie Underwood & Katy Perry.

Rihanna looked stunning in a vintage red Alaia gown. She accessorized with a diamond bangle as well as four rings. She sported one on her ring finger that has sparked lots of engagement rumors. I think she’s just a fan of rings. I loved her snake ring which will be a very big trend this year. Guiliana Rancic & Alicia Keys were also seen in snake jewelry.

Carrie Underwood was probably the most glamorous of the evening. She was dressed more for the Oscars than the Grammy’s but she looked lovely in Roberto Cavalli. Without a doubt she had the most exquisite jewelry of the night, sporting 381 carats around her neck. This $31 million diamond necklace was definitely an eye-catcher.

Katy Perry added a nice splash of color on the red carpet with her mint green Gucci gown. Her dress dazzled with gemstones, beads and pearls which she also accessorized with a green cocktail ring.

Honorable mentions go to Kelly Rowland who probably disobeyed CBS’s wardrobe warning the most. It was definitely risqué but she looked fantastic. She accessorized with the Pantone color of the year - emerald earrings and a matching emerald ring.
