Ice and SNO

I cannot contain my excitement for our latest collection of jewelry at Ice… SNÖ of Sweden! I LOVE every piece in this collection and I’m betting that most of you will find something you like too. This line is PERFECT for Fall and with a name like SNÖ how can it not be perfect for Winter too.

It’s designer is Lena Jonsson Näslund who had a vision of making affordable, but unique jewelry that could be worn by women of all ages and backgrounds, using materials provided by nature. Having grown up, surrounded by the breathtaking scenery of northern Sweden, Lena says that being part of nature, the people around her and life itself are her main source of inspiration. Snö is the Swedish word for snow and celebrates the pure, white and crystal clear materials of the north.

The pieces found at Ice use semi-precious stones such as quartz, onyx, clear rock crystal, smoked crystals and seashell pearls in a variety of natural colors and shapes. We have over 20 pieces in the SNÖ of Sweden Collection but here are a couple of my favorites I wanted to share with you.

Seashell Pearl Silver Plated Multifunctional Necklace: As I’ve mentioned, I love long necklaces. These necklaces are gorgeous but what appeals to me even more is that they are multi-functional. You can take them apart to make shorter necklaces or bracelets. Love that! Almost all the SNÖ necklaces can be wrapped around twice for a layered look or have detachable parts.

Talk about a statement piece! This Smokey Quartz bracelet (pictured right) is big, bold and beautiful featuring a stylish wooden clasp. You can wear the bracelet with the clasp showing in the front or in the inside of your wrist for two different looks. Don’t you just love how versatile these pieces are?

What do you think of the new SNÖ of Sweden Collection? Which is your favorite piece?
