I really want to make this Valentine’s Day special for my fiancee. He proposed on Christmas morning, and with us being college students trying to budget a wedding, it doesn’t sound like we will be able to do anything real special for Valentine’s Day like we both would like to. I want him to feel as loved as I did the day he proposed!

Everyday is Valentine’s day or it should be. On Valentine’s day, my family and I try to do things out of the ordinary. We all wear red and make heart shaped items, food etc..

When my father died of a massive heart attack right in front of me with no previous health issues, I realized that one should never miss an opportunity to tell the people important in their life how much she loves them. We always say “I’ll tell them later or tomorrow”. However, sometimes tomorrow never comes. That’s why it’s important… to show your love ALL the time, not just on one day designated the official day of Love. However, Valentine’s Day does remind us all to slow down even just for a minute, think of those who have made our lives worth living, both alive and deceased, tell and show them how much love they bring into our lives and how our world would be so empty without them. Gifts are always nice, particularly jewelry, because they are symbols of the love one shares for another that you can always keep close to your heart.See More

Love it the main factor! It’s not about the gift, it’s about how you treat eachother and respect eachother.
